Refund and Return Policy

No Refund and Return Policy Forest Traiil operates under a strict Zero Refund and Return Policy. All sales are final. Once an order has been delivered and accepted by you, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the specific case of transit damage as outlined below.

Mandatory Open-Delivery Inspection To ensure your satisfaction, we require a mandatory inspection at the time of delivery.

  • You must unbox and inspect the product in the presence of the delivery agent.

  • If the product is damaged: If the product arrives in a damaged condition, please notify the delivery agent immediately and refuse acceptance, or initiate a return request within five minutes of the delivery attempt. The item will be sent back to us, after which we will promptly process either a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.

  • If you accept the delivery: By accepting the package from the delivery agent, you confirm that the product was received in good condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and labels, and in its original outer and inner packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@foresttraiil.com with your proof of order and screenshot to the delivery confirmation with timestamp. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (usually 5-7 business days).
